Account & Data Deletion Options
We respect your privacy and data rights. You have two options for managing your data in the ITEL app:
Choose Your Option:
Option 1: Complete Account Deletion - Remove your entire account and all data
Option 2: Partial Data Deletion - Remove specific data while keeping your account active
Option 1: Complete Account Deletion
This will permanently delete your entire ITEL account and all associated data. You will no longer be able to access courses, certificates, or any app features.
How to Request Complete Account Deletion

Required Information for Account Deletion
Please include the following information in your email:
- Full Name: As registered in your ITEL account
- Email Address: The email associated with your account
- Phone Number: If you added one to your profile
- Confirmation: "I want to delete my entire account"
- Reason for deletion: (Optional, helps us improve our service)

What Data Will Be Deleted (Complete Account Deletion)
Upon processing your complete account deletion request, we will permanently delete:
- Account Information: Email, password, profile data
- Personal Details: Name, phone number, company name
- Course Enrollment Data: Course preferences, inquiry forms
- Usage Analytics: App usage patterns and preferences
- Communication Records: Support tickets and correspondence
⚠️ Warning: Complete account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to all courses, certificates, and data.
Option 2: Partial Data Deletion
If you want to keep your ITEL account but remove some specific personal information, you can request partial data deletion. Your account will remain active and you can continue using the app.

Types of Data You Can Request to Delete
You can request deletion of specific data such as:
- Phone Number: Remove from your profile
- Company Name: Remove from your profile
- Course Inquiry Forms: Remove specific inquiry submissions
- Usage Analytics: Remove your activity tracking data
- Communication History: Remove specific support conversations

Data Retention Policy
⚠️ Important: Some data may be retained for legal or business purposes:
- Payment Records: Retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations
- Course Certificates: May be retained for educational record purposes
- Anonymous Analytics: Aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics
- Legal Compliance: Data required for regulatory or legal obligations
Processing Timeline
We will process your deletion request (whether complete account deletion or partial data deletion) within 7 days of receiving your email. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
🔒 Security Note: To protect your privacy, we will only process deletion requests sent from the email address associated with your ITEL account.
